Our Trust Account is used to hold:

• your deposit of funds for legal services yet to be performed; or
• funds intended for a third party, such as settlement or escrow funds.

Your funds are not transferred to our Operating Account until your services have been performed or you have been invoiced. Please refer to your engagement letter for more details regarding our retainer policies, or simply ask your attorney. Please do not use this link to pay an invoice for services already performed (see link below to pay an invoice).
