Our Trust Account is used to hold:

• your deposit of funds for legal services yet to be performed; or
• funds intended for a third party, such as settlement or escrow funds.

Your funds are not transferred to our Operating Account until your services have been performed or you have been invoiced. Please refer to your engagement letter for more details regarding our retainer policies, or simply ask your attorney.

We make it safe and easy for you to pay online with your credit or debit card. When you receive an invoice for work we have completed, or when you email the firm asking to make a payment, we will send a customized line to our secure payment gateway in Clio®. This is a custom-designed service for law firms and is compliant with all card brand security standards. Your credit card information is never saved to our local system, and your personal information and privacy are protected.
